Man Arrested in Connection with ZooWorld Break-in in Panama City Beach

On the night of October 1, 2023, a break-in occurred at ZooWorld, located at 12200 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, Florida. The suspect gained entry by breaking a window, and once inside, stole an estimated $20,000 in cash and merchandise, including various items from the gift shop and concessions stand. The suspect escaped the scene on foot.

Police responded to the scene and immediately began an investigation. Authorities have identified the suspect as a 30-year-old male and have made an arrest in connection with the incident.
