Terrifying Armed Robbery in Beeston as Suspect Brandishes Angle Grinder

Police in West Yorkshire are investigating a terrifying armed robbery in Beeston, where a suspect brandished an angle grinder to threaten employees. The incident, which took place at a local business, has sparked an active police hunt for the suspect.

Witnesses report that the robber entered the premises wielding the power tool, using the threat of physical harm to demand cash and valuables from the store staff. Fortunately, no physical injuries were reported, though the staff members present were left severely shaken by the encounter.

West Yorkshire Police have increased patrols in the Beeston area and are urging anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has relevant dashcam or CCTV footage from the surrounding streets, to come forward immediately.
