Two Arrested After Convenience Store Burglary in San Antonio

Two San Antonio residents were arrested following a burglary at a convenience store in the 1100 block of North St. Mary's Street on the night of October 11. The suspects, identified as 26-year-old Juan Carlos Martinez and 23-year-old Michael Anthony Martinez, broke into the store by smashing a window with a rock. The burglary occurred around 11:30 PM, and the suspects stole approximately $1,500 in cash and cigarettes.

Police responded to the scene and found the suspects fleeing the area. A pursuit ensued, and the suspects were apprehended a short distance away. Neither the suspects nor the store employees were injured during the incident. The police are appealing to the public for any additional information that could aid in their investigation.
