Two Suspects Sentenced to Probation for Toledo Convenience Store Thefts

Two suspects were sentenced to probation for their involvement in a burglary at two convenience stores in Toledo, Ohio. The incidents occurred on separate dates, with the first taking place on the evening of October 11, 2023, at the Circle K store located at 2300 N. Detroit Ave. The second incident happened on the morning of October 12, 2023, at the BP station at 2600 N. Detroit Ave. In both cases, the suspects entered the stores through the front doors and stole cash from the registers, totaling approximately $1,500.

Police were able to apprehend the suspects shortly after the second burglary. The suspects were identified as two males, aged 20 and 22, who were caught fleeing the scene. The suspects were charged with burglary and theft. No injuries were reported during the incidents.
