Violent Home Invasion and Theft in Upper Southampton

A Philadelphia man has been arrested and sentenced for a violent home invasion in Upper Southampton, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred overnight at a residence on the 200 block of North Main Street. The suspect, identified as a Port Richmond male, was sentenced to up to a decade in prison for his role in the home invasion.

The suspect broke into the home, where he assaulted the victim and stole several items, including a pair of AirPods. The stolen items were valued at over $1,000. The victim's AirPods, which were equipped with the 'Find My' feature, led police to the suspect's location. The suspect was apprehended and charged with home invasion and related offenses. The victim sustained injuries during the assault but was not hospitalized.
