Warehouse burglary in Huddersfield

According to an article published by the Yorkshirepost on 4 January 2024, police are investigating a burglary at a Mamas and Papas warehouse located on Colne Bridge Road in Huddersfield. The incident occurred during the early hours of Sunday, 17 December.

The Yorkshirepost reports that approximately £50,000 worth of items were stolen from the warehouse facility and a nearby trailer. Authorities are currently working to determine the full extent of the stolen property.

The West Yorkshire Police have requested that anyone with information regarding suspicious activity in the area, or details concerning the potential sale of these products, contact the District Crime Team at Kirklees police on 101, referencing crime number 13230695704. Reports can also be made anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers.

Business owners are encouraged to regularly review and upgrade their security systems, including alarms and surveillance, to protect commercial premises from unauthorized access.
