Burglary Crew Arrested After Theft in Newhall

A South American burglary crew was arrested after stealing thousands of dollars in valuables from a Newhall home. The incident occurred on October 19, 2023, at a residence on the 24000 block of Newhall Avenue. The suspects entered the home through an unlocked door and made off with a significant amount of jewelry and cash, valued at approximately $20,000. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) responded to the scene and arrested three suspects, while one suspect remains at large. The suspects are believed to be part of a larger burglary crew operating in the area.

The homeowner was not present during the burglary, and there were no reported injuries. The LASD is appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the arrest of the remaining suspect.
