Home Invasion and Sexual Assault in Paterson

On the night of October 19, a man forced his way into a residence on 14th Avenue in Paterson, New Jersey, and attacked a woman at knifepoint. The suspect, identified as a 35-year-old Paterson resident, was arrested within an hour of the incident by the Paterson Police Department. The victim sustained injuries but was treated and released from the hospital.

The suspect is facing multiple charges, including sexual assault, burglary, and theft. The stolen items include over $10,000 in cash and jewelry.
