Home Invasion and Standoff in West Allis

On Monday, October 2, 2023, a home invasion in West Allis, Wisconsin, led to a standoff that lasted nearly an hour. The incident occurred at a residence on the 7000 block of West National Avenue. The suspects, armed with a handgun, forced their way into the home, and the homeowner was injured during the altercation. The suspects stole approximately $20,000 in cash and jewelry before fleeing the scene.
