Between 2021 and 2024, the number of recorded cases rose from 8,394 to 9,338, representing a cumulative increase of 11.2%. The rise in residential burglaries began in 2021, which recorded 8,394 cases. In 2022, the number of recorded offences climbed to 9,179. This momentum continued into 2023, with the total reaching 9,260 cases. By the conclusion of 2024, the figure reached 9,338, completing three consecutive years of growth in the total number of recorded residential burglaries.
