Man Arrested During Burglary Attempt in Spokane Valley

A man with over 50 prior arrests was caught during an attempted burglary in Spokane Valley, Washington. The incident occurred on July 24, 2023, at a residence on the 1300 block of South Pines Road. The suspect, identified as a local resident, was apprehended by police after attempting to break into the home. The modus operandi involved the suspect attempting to force entry through a rear window.

The suspect was found in possession of methamphetamine during the arrest. No injuries were reported, and the value of the stolen property, if any, was not disclosed. The police have not released the name of the suspect pending further investigation. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail.
