Man Dies After Being Dragged by Car During Shoe Robbery in Toledo

The victim was taken to the hospital with severe injuries and later succumbed to his wounds. Two teens, aged 15 and 16, have been indicted in connection with the robbery and the man's death. The teens were charged with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, and felonious assault. The 15-year-old was also charged with receiving stolen property. The teens were apprehended after a police pursuit. The 16-year-old was taken into custody on the scene, while the 15-year-old was arrested later. The stolen shoes, valued at $100, were recovered.
