Three Women Charged in Violent Dog Robbery in Evansville

Three women are facing felony charges after a violent dog robbery in Evansville, Indiana. The incident occurred on the 100 block of North Governor Street, where the suspects broke into a residence and stole a dog. The theft was reported to have occurred on a Saturday night.

The suspects, identified as 22-year-old Brianna M. Johnson, 24-year-old Brittany N. Johnson, and 23-year-old Brittany N. Johnson, were arrested and charged with burglary, theft, and criminal confinement. The stolen dog, a French Bulldog, is valued at $2,000. The suspects reportedly broke into the residence through a window, and the homeowner was injured during the incident. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle and were later apprehended by the police.
